Blown tire. Failed suspension arm. Hitting an object on the road you didn't see, causing bump steer in an improperly lowered car. Short in the HICAS system. Or, as we say here in the USA, maybe the failed part was the nut behind the steering wheel (that means you personally...). We will never know for sure. That car isn't worth an autopsy. From what I have read, the spoiler on the 90-93 Z should have sufficient downforce in the rear to prevent oversteer at speed. The 94+ spoiler is supposed to be even better, I believe. So I do not think the crash was a natural consequence of the high speed. (The severity of the crash was a natural result. Don't do that on public roads! The track has few or no trees for this reason.)
